1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver across India. If you have any questions about delivery to a specific location, please reach out to us.
2. Logistics Partners & Delivery Time
We dispatch all orders through trusted courier partners. Typical delivery time within India is 0–7 working days from dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- If there are any delays (e.g. during sales, holidays or high-volume periods), we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If the outer packaging is tampered with, ripped, pressed, or appears damaged, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can accept the package and report the damage immediately to us via email or WhatsApp with photos — we will guide you through next steps (exchange/voucher or other resolution).
7. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse orders to certain remote locations or PIN codes where courier services are unavailable or unreliable.
- Delivery time estimates may increase during public holidays, festivals, sale events or adverse weather conditions.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in delayed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO). In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
