Varasia — Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Varasia. Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refunds

  • Varasia does not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are considered final.
  • Please review your order details (size, colour, style) carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer an exchange or store credit/voucher under the following conditions:

Eligible Scenarios

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Size does not fit as expected.
  • Product does not meet your expectations (change of mind).

Time Frame

  • Exchange or voucher requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Condition

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Varasia will perform a quality check (QC) once the returned item is received.
  • Exchange/voucher will be approved only after QC clearance.

Exchange / Voucher Options

  • Exchange with another product (subject to availability).
  • Store voucher equal to the order value (minus shipping charges), valid for 6 months.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Voucher Request

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, sharing your order number and reason.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  3. Once the item is received and passes QC, we will dispatch the replacement or issue the voucher.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items / Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Repeated misuse of the exchange policy.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Varasia will cover shipping cost for sending the replacement item (after QC approval).
